Position

Now we are looking for a FOOTWEAR CAD DESIGNER to join our Racing Department, who will be responsible for the development management of the products to create innovative, high-quality, technical products.


Main Responsabilities:


  • 3D/2D modeling and design;
  • Production information flow management, facilitating communication and exchange of information between the Footwear Dep. and internal and external stakeholders;
  • Make LAB test requirement for each item necessary for footwear collections (outsole, plastic parts, mechanism), linked to Activity Plan properly set;
  • Collect the QC docs for approval process (QC drawing starting from available 3D files; PPT file for QC checking);
  • Labelling for approval to distribute to site production/ int. dep. as per QC procedure;
  • Regular communication with production site and nominated supplier for R&D development activities (material and flat sheet samples / injected parts / technical datasheet alignment);
  • Discuss and implements corrective actions when required, to maintain adherence to product design and prevent/resolve material and/or process-related defects;
  • Data record for all technical specification and standards.


Requirements

Job Requirements:

  • Industrial design education is preferable;
  • 5 years of experience in automotive or Footwear industries;
  • 3D cad knowledge (CATIA) will necessary;
  • Good communicative skills;
  • Fluency in English.
