Position

Now we are looking for a Product Support Specialist for the Tech Air, who will work with international, regional teams and Dealers, reporting directly to the Moto Product Support Manager – Sales Development.


ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACTIVITIES

  • Product training to the Dealer;
  • Provide applications and product support to customers in a timely manner;
  • Consult with Product Development department to advance the resolution of the issue in a timely manner;
  • Travel to customer sites for sales support or on-site troubleshooting.



Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

  • Engineering master’s degree;
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience;
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a cross functional and international environment, to lead by influence and earn trust at all levels;
  • Strong interpersonal skills, flexible and able to establish trust and reach alignment quickly;
  • Able to work both independently and within a team.
  • Hands-on experience in Road/Off-road motorcycle racing.
  • Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical skills to advanced product knowledge and good problem solving;
  • Proficient in French (C1/C2 level);
  • Fluency in English (C1/C2level);
  • 3 years of professional experience in the Motorsports industry;
  • Proven ability to communicate with non-technical stakeholders at all levels of responsibility (dealer shop owners, etc.);
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills.
